Framework for building habits consistently

1% Founder

Sahil Bloom spent a lot of time figuring out the best way to build effective habits.

The only way he’s found that consistently works is the 30-for-30 framework:

  1. Choose something you want to build or improve upon.

  2. Spend 30 days, 30 minutes per day on it.

With this approach, 3 things happen:

  1. Commitment

  2. Removes intimidation (lowers the barrier to start)

  3. Effective compounding (30×30= 900 minutes of effort!)

There’s almost nothing in the world that you won’t improve at if you spend 900 minutes of focused, dedicated effort on it.

Intensity + Consistency = Progress

PS. I use this Framework for this newsletter.
